All prices listed at Holymountainposters.com are current retail prices, excluding VAT.
All prices are shown in Euro.
A customs duty may be imposed, however, and for this Holymountainposters cannot be held responsible.
Charges for delivery is included in the price.
In the web shop you can pay by credit card only. All credit card payments in the web shop are handled by STRIPE.
All credit card information is encrypted and the system is certified by 3D SECURE and SSL encryption.
The following cards are accepted: VISA, Mastercard, American Express.
When paying by credit card, the amount will not be withdrawn from your account until the goods have been dispatched from Holymountainposters. A receipt will be sent to your e-mail, and another receipt will accompany the goods.
In general, all products in the web shop will be in stock. On rare occasions, a title or two may be sold out. If this is the case, we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible.
If your order consists of more than one product, and an item is sold out, we will post the items we do have in stock and hold a back order on the rest. Your back order will of course be posted free of delivery charges as soon as we have it in stock again.
Goods ordered in the Holymountainposters web shop are delivered by mail. Time of delivery will normally be 3-7 working days for orders in Sweden. If a order dispatched by Holymountainposters is returned to Holymountainposters because it hasn't been picked up at the post office within a set date, it is possible to have the order posted again.
However, this can only happen by prior arrangement with Holymountainposters and we then have to charge the costs of delivery. We cannot guarantee a specific time of delivery, as local terms of delivery may vary.
Time of delivery outside Sweden will normally be 3 days - 3 weeks.

We hope that you are satisfied with your order. If, however, you would like to return goods for a refund, you should do so within 14 days of receipt. If you return your purchase, the goods must be in the same condition as on receipt and accompanied by a copy of your receipt.
You can regret a purchase in two ways:
1. Reject the goods on arrival
2. Return the goods to the following address:
Costs of delivery pertaining to returned goods lie with you as the customer. Provided the returned goods meet our demands, we will charge-back the amount in question, within 14 days of receipt.
Complaints and Claims
In case you're unfortunate and receive damaged goods or items different from the ones you ordered, you must complain and make your claim within 2 weeks after receiving the goods.
If you receive a damaged item, you should return it along with a clear description of the defect. We will of course reimburse you for the expenses pertaining to costs of delivery, if you return incorrect or damaged goods. We reserve the right to exchange an incorrect or damaged item with an item in good condition, rather than pay back the purchase price.

Communication with Holymountainposters are made in Swedish or English. When you shop at holymountainposters.com, you are protected by Swedish law. Swedish statutory rules on terms of purchase and contract apply to all transactions between you as a customer and Holymountainposters. This is also the case if you live outside of Sweden.
Holymountainposters cannot be held legally responsible for anything other than what follows Swedish statutory rules.
All credit card information is forwarded to stripe using a secure and encrypted SSL channel from Wix.com and STRIPE. Holymountainposters does not keep any credit card information.
